Workshop A farm typology (farmfonts) by Guillaume Ribault. A graphic designer and social worker. This typographic workshop is an invitation to take a close look at the shapes that surround us. Through observation, collecting, and experimentation (photography, scanning, drawing, harvesting, gathering materials), we will build a collective alphabet from forms found on the farm.
Moving between micro and macro, detail and landscape, the workshop aims to generate meaning from what presents itself. The workshop unfolds in two stages: a moment of research and collecting, followed by a collaborative session to create a collective typeface and a graphic composition based on the letters/forms generated together. Guillaume’s work explores questions of margins, troubles, and the tension between what is singular and what we share in common. His research focuses on the friction zones between these two dimensions, oscillating between image alteration, textual fragmentation, and proposals for collective experiences. As a graphic designer and social worker, he develops a practice that attempts to explore alternative imaginaries or desirable futures.
For all ages • No specific experience is required • In Dutch and English • Including lunch (drinks not included) • Welcome at the courtyard from 9.45 am

Dinner 3-courses no meat – no dairy with lots of collectivity, by De Volkskeuken. A collective from Aarschot that cooks with and for the people. 2020, Laura Bemelmans and Elyssa Wouters have dreams and a passion.
A passion for entrepreneurship, for making a difference, for working together. But above all, a passion for setting up a project that brings people together. A project in which they leave no one out. Laura and Elyssa are launching De Volkskeuken in the chapel of Het Gasthuis, the cultural centre in Aarschot. Together with a fantastic team of volunteers, they cook a plant-based buffet every month for a diverse audience of enthusiastic food lovers who come not only for a good, honest and healthy meal but also for the welcoming atmosphere. Since 2026, you can also join the kitchen and the table of the De Volkskeuken at Citadel Diest.
We cook with organic vegetables from the farm and local products • By reservation only • Booked tickets are not refundable • De Volkskeuken will be serving a meat- and dairy-free menu • If you have any questions or special diet requirements email: sara@ndrgrnd.be
